One day Nice and Nasty, a spoiled 18 year old sorcerer, decided he was going to make his name known. After the Unknown Studios fell apart, under the rubble, all that was left was Cerberus, the three headed dog, barking and guarding the gates of the underworld - protecting and monitoring the hidden powers. Cerberus decided to keep the productions of SpredtheWelth alive through the almighty powers of the Galactic Council.
A small chapter in Eugene, Oregon began as the Galactic Council (and dropped the hash smit A Galactic Council Hearing 2004: ExtraSensoryPerception) and now a chapter in Berkeley, California is blossoming, known as the Pacific Coast Pacifist Activists (working on their upcoming release Cosmystic Optimysticism) with supporting members from San Diego to Arcada to worldwide.
